Terms of Service & User Agreement – Success 4 Sure Academy
1. Account Eligibility & Registration
Registration on the Success 4 Sure Academy platform is designated solely for qualified students and their guardians to access registered educational courses, curriculum materials, and live academic sessions. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and assume full responsibility for the validity of their account details.
2. Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All curriculum videos, recorded tutorials, lecture materials, worksheets, practice exams, and educational assets published on Success 4 Sure Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy, protected under Jordanian and international copyright treaties.
Strict Prohibition on Unauthorized Duplication:
Any form of screen recording, unauthorized video downloading, commercial resale, public dissemination, or sharing account login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate and permanent account revocation without refund eligibility, alongside civil and criminal legal liability.
3. Pricing, Currencies & Payment Processing
We maintain absolute transparency regarding all service fees in alignment with banking standards:
Mandatory Banking Transparency Disclosure:
All course and subscription prices are denominated and billed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) or US Dollars (USD). The total price displayed at the final checkout step is the full and final payable amount, inclusive of all specified curriculum access, with no hidden surcharges.
Transactions are processed through verified Visa and Mastercard channels using 256-bit SSL encryption in partnership with Network International.
4. Account Security & Password Confidentiality
Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and password. Any actions executed through your registered user account remain your sole legal responsibility. If you detect unauthorized account activity, notify academy support immediately.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in all respects strictly in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The Courts of Amman (Palace of Justice) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or this agreement.
